Introducing a cheap and convenient way to reach your hotel in Bangkok in a few simple steps!

First, visit www.elephantairportexpress.com and get your ticket online. Next, select your route, either traveling ‘to City Hotel’ or ‘To Airport’. Then search for your hotel and select the route that your hotel is on. Lastly, fill in the date, number of travelers and your destination.

Let’s try to book a shuttle bus from Suvarnabhumi Airport to a hotel in downtown Bangkok. You have a choice of 3 routes. Here are the stops for each route, which covers over 500 hotels, guest houses and service apartments nearby the stops.

Red Route : Takes you to China Town / Old town

Blue Route : Takes you to Sukhumvit Area

Green Route : Takes you to Sathorn Area.

Select your preferred route and continue with the payment. You can pay with any major credit card. Please remember to fill in your information and flight details. We allow 2 luggages per passenger (free of charge). Kids under 3 years old can sit on parents’ laps and travel for free too.

Once the payment is done, you will get your confirmation ticket.

Bring your confirmation ticket to the Airport Express Counter. The counter is located on the 1^st Floor between Gate 7 and 8. Look for staff wearing red shirts. They will help you redeem your ticket and also take you to the bus. Alternatively, you can purchase your ticket at the counter and get your ticket right away.

Again, the Counter is on the 1^st Floor between Gate 7 and 8. Don’t forget to look for our lovely staff in red shirts.

Once you get your ticket or have redeemed your online ticket, the staff will take you to the bus.

The bus is amazingly new and clean. Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride to your hotel in this comfortable bus. Each seat has its own seat belt and the driver is professionally trained.
